01 Agree the delivery arrangement
Delivery availability, location, charges and the estimated production and dispatch dates are confirmed in your quote. We do not promise delivery across all Pakistan or a fixed turnaround for every product. Tell us about event deadlines before approving your order.
02 Payment before handover
After the 50% advance, settle the remaining balance before collection or dispatch. Cash on delivery is not offered. We confirm when your order is ready and agree the collection time or courier arrangement.
03 Address and delivery issues
Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly about incorrect details, transit damage, loss or a delay. Keep packaging and photographs for investigation. We work with you and the courier to resolve the issue, without excluding responsibility or rights under applicable law.
