01 Before printing starts
Contact us immediately to request cancellation. We check the actual stage of your job. Before production, any refund is assessed against documented work already completed and non-recoverable materials committed to your order. We explain deductions rather than automatically keeping the entire advance.
02 After printing starts
Once printing or customization starts, personalized goods are not accepted for change-of-mind return, exchange or cancellation. They were produced for your specific artwork and are usually unsuitable for resale. This restriction does not cover our production mistakes or defective goods.
03 Defects and incorrect orders
Report defective printing, wrong items, missing quantities or material differences from the approved order promptly. Send your quote or receipt, clear photographs and a description. Keep the goods and packaging until we agree the next step. We assess reprinting, replacement or a refund as appropriate, without restricting statutory rights.
04 If Braindus cannot fulfil the order
If we are unable to fulfil the agreed order, we contact you to agree an alternative or return payment for the unfulfilled work. We do not replace an approved product, design or material without your agreement. Refund arrangements and timing are confirmed in writing.
