01 How your order starts
Send the item, quantity, design and delivery requirements. We confirm availability, specifications, charges and timing in a written quote. An enquiry, saved cart or payment screenshot alone is not confirmation of a production order.
02 Your payment split
Pay 50% of the confirmed custom printing total in advance. Pay the balance before collection or dispatch. For example, a confirmed PKR 10,000 total has a PKR 5,000 advance and PKR 5,000 balance. Delivery and other agreed charges must appear in the quote.
03 Verified payment instructions
Request payment instructions directly through 0311-5335968 or hellobraindus@gmail.com after your quote is agreed. We verify receipt before starting production and provide a payment record. This website does not collect payments or verify bank transfers automatically. Never share an OTP, password or card PIN.
04 Approval before production
Approve the final artwork in writing after checking all details. We confirm production scheduling after verifying the advance and approval. A promised deadline must be agreed in your quote. New design changes require agreement on any extra costs and time.
05 Digital service projects
Web development, ERP, POS and mobile app work uses a separate written scope, deliverables and payment schedule. The printing payment rule does not replace a separately agreed digital project contract.
