01 Information you share
We use the contact details, enquiry messages, artwork and order information you provide to discuss quotes, prepare designs, fulfil orders and provide support. Optional account profiles store the name, phone and address you choose to save. Historical orders retain their fulfilment records.
02 Enquiries and payments
Signed-in enquiries, quote revisions, artwork approvals, order updates and verified payment or refund references are saved in your account and accessed by authorized Braindus staff. WhatsApp and email links open messages for you to review and send through those services. This website does not collect card details, bank passwords, OTPs or advance payments. Braindus checks actual offline transactions before recording payment or refund verification.
Artwork files
Uploaded artwork and final proof files are stored privately. Only the customer for that order and the authorized Store Manager access them. Each quote revision retains its selected final proof. File uploads do not approve a design or verify a payment. Contact Braindus for access, correction or deletion requests.
03 Cookies and saved preferences
A language cookie saves your English, Sindhi or Urdu choice. Browser storage saves enquiry lists, cart selections, saved products and analytics preferences on your device. Clear browser storage to remove these local preferences. Accounts use your email address, name and a hashed password. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Sign out to end the current session.
04 Hosting, delivery and analytics
The website uses hosting managed by Braindus. Account and order records are stored in its database. Uploaded artwork is stored in private folders and served only after an access check. Order details are shared with delivery providers only as needed for the job. Optional Google Analytics or Tag Manager loads on public-facing pages after consent, when configured. Account, checkout and manager pages are excluded from this tracking.
05 Retention and your requests
We retain business records while needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion of information we hold. We verify the requester and explain any records which must be retained. We do not sell your contact details or use customer artwork for marketing without permission.
